Adidas Sundown Marathon

Heyyo peeps! As requested by Lydia, I think there are some fellas here would like to take part in the Adidas Sundown Marathon. So here are the details.

Where: Changi Point
Time: TBC, should be about 7PM
Distance: 10km
Date: 31st May 2009

How to register: This is the important part. I have a friend who is able to get us bulk registration, and that is 5% off the registration fee (should be $28.50 after discount if we register before 31 Jan 09, U.P. is $30)

This is how it will work:

How can I register in bulk? (15 people or more)
Bulk registration discounts are only applicable to groups consisting of 15 people or more.

You can register in bulk if you are registering for more than 15 persons. Bulk registrations are entitled to 5% discount.

Steps to bulk registration:

1) Write to info@hivelocity.com.sg with the following details
(a) No. of pax taking part in each category:
(b) Name, email and contact no. of main liaison person within your group
(c) Billing name and address

2) A unique Promo Code will be emailed to the main liaison person.

3) Each participant must use this unique Promo Code to complete the online entry form. A report will be sent to the main liaison person for administration purpose.

For step 1, a friend of mine would be doing it so you guys need not worry. Once she gets the unique promo code, she will pass it to me and in turn, I'll post it up here. Step 3 is for you guys to complete. Just log into sundownmarathon.com and go under Bulk Registration, and follow the instructions.

I'm not sure how payment would be done, most likely you will have to pay via credit/debit card through the registration website.

Therefore, for now, please let me know who is interested in the run! Bulk registration applies for 10km (men and women), 42km and 84km, so let me know the distances u guys wanna run too.
