Anyway! Just an update on the upcoming CNY steamboat dinner:

Robo Hamster for Adoption

As you guys know I have 2 hamsters but they have started fighting to the point of one hamster losing both eyeballs....

I am absolutely traumatised and need to separate them!

Anyone wants a female robo (8 months old)? The one with both eyeballs.

Just so you guys know robos run real fast hence are more for watching and not carrying in your plam....Once both hamsters got out and I spent a good 15 mins chasing them around the house with Lucky watching in bewilderment.

Till date, there isnt't any court available at Kallang on Friday. Sembawang has tentage at their court too. Old NIE is also fully booked. Sigh. =(

Do you guys have any other suggestion? I was thinking if we can play on saturday instead or maybe another sport like badminton?

Adidas Sundown Marathon

Heyyo peeps! As requested by Lydia, I think there are some fellas here would like to take part in the Adidas Sundown Marathon. So here are the details.

Where: Changi Point
Time: TBC, should be about 7PM
Distance: 10km
Date: 31st May 2009

How to register: This is the important part. I have a friend who is able to get us bulk registration, and that is 5% off the registration fee (should be $28.50 after discount if we register before 31 Jan 09, U.P. is $30)

This is how it will work:

How can I register in bulk? (15 people or more)
Bulk registration discounts are only applicable to groups consisting of 15 people or more.

You can register in bulk if you are registering for more than 15 persons. Bulk registrations are entitled to 5% discount.

Steps to bulk registration:

1) Write to info@hivelocity.com.sg with the following details
(a) No. of pax taking part in each category:
(b) Name, email and contact no. of main liaison person within your group
(c) Billing name and address

2) A unique Promo Code will be emailed to the main liaison person.

3) Each participant must use this unique Promo Code to complete the online entry form. A report will be sent to the main liaison person for administration purpose.

For step 1, a friend of mine would be doing it so you guys need not worry. Once she gets the unique promo code, she will pass it to me and in turn, I'll post it up here. Step 3 is for you guys to complete. Just log into sundownmarathon.com and go under Bulk Registration, and follow the instructions.

I'm not sure how payment would be done, most likely you will have to pay via credit/debit card through the registration website.

Therefore, for now, please let me know who is interested in the run! Bulk registration applies for 10km (men and women), 42km and 84km, so let me know the distances u guys wanna run too.

Some issues that require your kind attention:

NETBALL

1) As of now, no court is available at Kallang next Friday (16th). We will head north if there is no cancellation from the other teams. I'll keep you updated via the blog in due time so stay tuned! =)

2) Are you guys available to play on the 23rd, Friday? From what I understand, some of us have family reunion dinners to attend that day. Alternatively, we can play on Wed at Kallang or Thur at Sembawang? (no court at kallang on thur) Please let me know your availability for the 3 days yah?
