September's Outing

YOOOOOOOOOO! Wasssssup!

I'm here to post on September's outing!

It will be on 4 Oct Saturday, 4 pm.

Tree Top Adventure at Bedok!

The Grand Course has 32 different stages including 4 zip lines (flying foxes) across the water – the longest zip will be 176m!

Divided into 4 sections, participants descend from the trees to the forest floor on a zip line at the end of each section.

The course is be situated along the banks of the reservoir and have unparalleled views of the water front and surrounding park.

Expected time for completion – 1½ to 2 hours.

Don't know if any of guys have been there but heard its jolly good fun =)

Its $25/2 hours for students.

Let me know what you guys think? Cost wise is this okay? If you guys prefer something else, voice out! Like makan etc haha

Meanwhile I will call them to inquire on group bookings. See if we can bargain.

Please do not be late as we wanna utilise the full 2 hours.

We will be playing against the guys. So its 4 Girls vs 2 Guys.

Mambo Jambo

Hey all!!!

Yes, you didn't see wrongly, Mambo this Wednesday, 10th Sept! At this point, I know dear Marcus must be really happy to see this post as he have been bugging me to plan this! Hahah, right Recruit-to-be?

So after much discussion, we have decided to Mambo this week.

Firstly, to "celebrate" Cass's and Dennis's POP, and secondly, a farewell for Marcus, who will be enlisting next week! Thus, this is the only week available.

SEPTEMBER'S BIMBOTIC OUTING

BOOOOOOOOOO!

I wish I could blog as Your Lovely Mystery Netball Player but alas....secret exposed long time ago and I can't blog with blaseness....

Anyways yeah yeah some of you might have heard that we will go ice skating because it was the initial plan for Aug....however due to the over loaded stomachs from steam boat, it was cancelled.

So we've decided to bring it to Sep!

WHO: Sherie, Leedia, Leedia's other half, Rachel's other half, Diana's other half, Marcus,
WHAT: Ice skating with Pink theme! (wear something pink)
WHEN: 6 September, Saturday, after netball (leave Kallang at 7.30pm)
WHERE: Kallang Leisure
THEME: Pink Theme! Wear something pink! I don't care. No pink No talk No skate.

September's Bimbotic Outing

Hi guys!

I've got a powerpoint to start on so I'll make this short & sweet....& add on later in the week when I'm free....

My initial plan for September's outing was a Lantern Festival gathering over lanterns, mooncake, candles, fire & food at ECP after our regular netball session....

However bearing in mind that we have a competition on 13 September plus Mucus is going into NS on 15 Sep, was thinking if we should bring forth Aug's ice skating plan to this Saturday.

Unfortunately, its still $17.50 for 2 hours at Kallang. No promotions whatsoever. On the bright side, its new.

The down side I see to have a Lantern Festival gathering would be the darkness, mosquitoes & stickness from sweat. Hehe you know how all of us are gluttons for a never ending supply of food (sakae sushi), air con & of course no time constraint.

Oh wells, would love to hear all your thoughts on these! Quick quick!

I know or at least I assume....Diana, Rach, Leedear & myself are raring for speedy skating on ice!

The plus about ice skating is that it can be done this week before or after netball....air con & plenty of food outlets nearby.

i happened to stumble upon this video.

i cried so hard while watching it.
maybe its a direction to boost my morale.

as i walked out of the examination hall today, i questioned my actual ability and existence. i know what i wanted in life, i know how to get it. but i've lost the momentum to do so. efforts did not pay off and it brought me down further, even though i've started to feel better a day ago.

this is a wet reminder through tears, of why i want to do what i want to do.



for those of u who know how lost & negative i seem to be feeling right now at this moment, i would like to say a big thank you, u know who u are.. for all the kind, encouraging, and comforting words that i've gotten from u. i think u have just added to the list of "ppl i mustn't disappoint" (is that a good or bad thing, mentally?).

Diana: For showing SUPPORT and answering all my questions and insecurities while planning the outing. Accompanying me to Chevrons to book the room and just being THERE.

Shaun: For coming down so EARLY to help me with the steamboat soup and driving us around.
